Hilary wins Employee of the Month in October
Hilary Redrup is a valued member of our Warehouse & Production Team and has been with Le Mark since Summer 2021.
Hilary’s main focus is with the production team, but is also multi-skilled across various areas in the warehouse. She’s most known for her bubbly personality and always being helpful.

I would like to nominate Hilary for employee of the month. Hilary has stepped up to cover roles when staff have been absent. With more holidays expected, she will be stepping in cover again. I can see that Hilary gives the rest of the team confidence, that the show does go on in the absence of others.
I would like to nominate Hilary. She is a great team player and steps in whenever she is needed. I believe she is a great support to both Andy and Trudy and her attitude is very positive. She was happy to test the trousers and share her feedback. From what I hear she is keen to develop her skills and understand the admin side of the business, which is noteworthy.
I would like to vote for Hilary for employee of the month. Hilary always has a smile. She’s always happy to help if ever I have any questions and I can see that she brings confidence to the team whenever anyone is off.
Hilary is brilliant. Her attention and commitment to her work is excellent and she’s always concentrating on what needs to be done.
