You can expect delivery of your printed tape within 7-10 days of order confirmation. Please check with us first as lead times may vary, especially during busier times.

Design

Vinyl can be printed with up to four colours and offer our best finish. As a result, vinyl is recommended for detailed artwork, flood coating and reverse printed designs.

The maximum repeat length for any printed tape design is 502mm.

We’ll work with you anyway we can, but preferably, and for the best quality, we ask that artwork is supplied in a Vector Graphic AI/Eps file or a high resolution PDF (1MB or above).

We find that printing to Pantones gives us the best final finish. We’re happy to work with you and convert the CMYK, HEX or RAL to the closest Pantone.

Unfortunately, due to the setup and clean down times of all our print machinery, we’re unable to mix different designs within the same MOQ or order run.

Vinyl is our best-selling material for printed tape. It’s durable, easy to use and printable up to four colours. Furthermore, vinyl offers one of the best quality finishes. As a result, it’s our recommended material for detailed artwork, flood coating and reverse printing.

However, if minimising cost is most important, we’d recommend our polypropylene custom tape.

No. Vinyl is one of our quietest packaging tapes. If you’ve previously heard the screeching sound from a roll being used, it’s likely to have been a polypropylene-based tape. Vinyl is much quieter.

Vinyl can be printed with up to four colours and offer our best finish. As a result, vinyl is recommended for detailed artwork, flood coating and reverse printed designs.

Standard vinyl tape is not recyclable. However, it is recycling-process friendly, meaning modern recycling facilities can generally separate small amounts of these materials during the paper recycling process. As a result, vinyl does not typically prevent corrugated cardboard packaging from being recycled.

If you’re looking for a fully recyclable custom packaging tape, gummed paper tape — also known as water-activated paper tape — is the ideal choice. Made from paper and designed to be recycled along with cardboard packaging, it offers a more sustainable alternative to conventional packaging tapes.

4. We print your tape

Your custom printed polypropylene tape is produced to your approved design.

5. Receive your order

Delivery is typically within 7–10 days of order confirmation, although lead times can vary during busy periods.
