Brighter Branding for ARRI Rental with Le Mark Custom Printing

The lighting division of ARRI Rental UK specialises in supplying the latest ARRI lighting products to professional rental companies in the feature film and television production industries. ARRI Rental is rapidly expanding and with new premises they approached Le Mark for ways to improve the branding and efficiency of their warehouse.

Le Mark Sales Manager Leanne Baker and Hannah Tuohy of UK Business Development began with a site visit and advised ARRI to add several custom branded items.

Custom Printed Labels
“ARRI wanted their brand to be more visible at customer sites and on location,” Leanne said. “Custom equipment labels were therefore created featuring the company’s logo and contact details and added to all items hired out.

“We were also shown how ARRI carefully packages their high-value and fragile equipment in robust flight cases,” Leanne explained. “We recommended that Le Mark’s world-renowned PAL™ labels be added to these cases to make ARRI Rental equipment easily identifiable wherever it is moved to.”

“Using PAL labels on all our flight cases provides essential information for each order, making us much more efficient,” said Luke Rand, Senior Business Contact of the Lighting Division, ARRI.

To improve the efficiency of regulation safety testing, custom PAT labels were created in two sizes: rectangular for cables and circular for equipment. These enable ARRI to quickly assess whether equipment needs testing.

Fairlyn Mesh Banners
The final stage of this custom print project was to increase branding on the warehouse bays. Le Mark delivered two custom-branded Fairlyn Mesh banners to add a striking finishing touch.

“I was really excited to print the warehouse banners for ARRI,” Hannah said. “Although we have printed onto a variety of materials before, this was our first time using Fairlyn Mesh. Using the fabric as a large warehouse banner was also a creative concept. Seeing how tidy, clean and professional it made their warehouse look, I immediately approached our directors to see if this is something we could bring into our own warehousing too. It’s a great idea!”

“The banners are great quality and were easy to install with the eyelets provided,” Luke said. “The protruding wall beams meant we couldn’t use some space for racking, however, the banner has now sectioned off the area neatly.”
