Beata wins Employee of the Month in November
Beata Wilczynska is a valued member of our Export Team and has been with Le Mark since early 2021. Beata started out as an Export Administrator, a role in which she excelled at and it didn’t take long for her true potential to be seen. Beata was shortly offered training to help advance her career with Le Mark and has since been promoted to Export Admin Lead. Beata is a well-deserved winner of our employee of the month.

I would like to nominate Beata. She is absolutely amazing! She gets things done and works at superwomans speed! Always there to help and sort things out 😊
I would like to nominate Beata for the employee of the month. She has done especially well this month, proving her ability while senior staff were working overseas. She showed some great team leadership skills, ensured customers got their goods and kept the admin team focused. Beata was under a lot of pressure, and she managed to remain calm enough to deal with very difficult situations.
I have no doubt in putting Beata forward for Employee of the Month. She has supervised the export department exceedingly well in the absence of the department manager. Beata effectively dealt with a number of major issues and kept the business on-track through a very busy month.
She did all this while balancing her own responsibilities. As a result, Beata has proven that she really can back up the front-line team when asked. Well done, Beata!
Having seen Beata in action while senior staff were away, I would like to nominate her for Employee of the Month. She really proved her abilities to all. She has certainly shown what she is capable of.
